Autocomplete Microsoft Office

Pre - Office 2010

Pentru salvarea listei autocomplete, se pot folosi cu incredere urmatorii pasi:

1. Close Outlook.

2. Go to C:\Documents and settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook (XP)

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook (Vista & Windows 7)

3. Make sure that you have view hidden files and folders selected to be able to see the .NK2 file.

4. Copy out the .NK2 file to a location that you have access to.

5. Go to the PC with Outlook 2010 installed and copy the .NK2 file to the following location: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

6. Download the following from Microsoft: http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9758283

7. Run the download it will merge your Global Address List with all previous auto-complete listings.

Post Office 2010

Odata cu aparitia versiunii Outlook 2010, fisierul care continea lista cu autocomplete-uri (.nk2) a disparut. Pentru office 2010/2013 si windows 7/8, fisierul se afla in C:\Users\alex.GPBURSA\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache (pentru XP C:\doc and sett\user\local sett\app data\microsoft\outlook\roamcache) si se numeste Stream_Autocomplete.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.dat . Pentru editare, se foloseste utilitarul nk2edit (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/nk2edit.zip). Se selecteaza si se copiaza toate campurile din fisierul Stream_Autocomplete.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.dat, apoi din meniul file se selecteza crearea unui nou fisier .nk2 si se da paste la campurile copiate anterior. Se salveaza fisierul nou creat si se copiaza cu replace in locatia fisierului vechi nk2.
